Shipping policy

1. Shipment Processing & Delivery

  • Standard Timeline: All orders are shipped within 1–4 business days after being processed. We ship via Post-NL or DHL.

  • High Volume & Holidays: During periods of high order volume or seasonal holidays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • Insurance Disclaimer: Please note that shipping insurance is not available at Purely Perfume. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

2. Sustainability & Refills

We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint. To support our refillable system:

  • Eco-Friendly Packaging: Your order will arrive in recyclable or compostable materials whenever possible.

  • Refill Shipments: Our refill pouches are designed to be lightweight, often qualifying for lower shipping rates to help reduce the carbon impact of your recurring orders.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Purely Perfume is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please note that if you choose to refuse or not accept these charges, Purely Perfume will not reimburse your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their local import regulations before purchasing.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Tip: Take a photo of the damaged package and contents immediately upon arrival to expedite the process.
